Race To Daytona Donation Game

Official Rules — Race to Daytona: Mission Relief Rally


NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


The Race to Daytona: Mission Relief Rally (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the National Guard Relief Foundation (“NGRF” or “Sponsor”).


By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.


1. Eligibility


Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.


Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its advertising or promotional agencies, and any entities involved in administration of the Promotion may be ineligible where prohibited by applicable law.


2. Promotion Period


The Promotion begins on May 30, 2026 and ends on July 26, 2026.


Weekly entry periods are as follows:


- Week 1: May 30 – June 7

- Week 2: June 8 – June 14

- Week 3: June 15 – June 21

- Week 4: June 22 – June 28

- Week 5: June 29 – July 5

- Week 6: July 6 – July 12

- Week 7: July 13 – July 19

- Week 8: July 20 – July 26


Sponsor’s computer and records are the official timekeeping system for the Promotion.

3. How to Enter


Participants may enter using either of the following methods:


 A. Donation Entry


Eligible participants may make a qualifying donation through the official campaign website. Donation participants may receive arcade access and other campaign features as described on the website.


 B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)


To enter without making a donation, complete the online free-entry form located at:

OR mail a handwritten 3" × 5" card containing:


- Full legal name

- Complete mailing address

- Email address

- Daytime telephone number

- Date of birth

- Week number being entered (W1–W8)


Mail entries to:

Mail-in entries must:

- be postmarked by the Friday before the applicable weekly drawing; and

- be received within five (5) business days after postmark.


Limit one (1) entry per person per Week regardless of method of entry.


Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, or duplicate entries are void.



4. Equal Odds


Individuals who enter using the free alternate method of entry receive the same odds of winning as individuals who enter through a donation.


Making a donation does not improve chances of winning.



5. Prizes


Prizes may include weekly Turbo Boost prizes, leaderboard prizes, event-related experiences, merchandise, or other promotional items as described on the campaign website.


Approximate retail values (“ARV”), prize descriptions, and any prize limitations may be updated or clarified by Sponsor during the Promotion period.


No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.


 6. Winner Selection and Notification


Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received for each applicable Week.


Potential winners may be notified by email, telephone, or other contact information provided at entry.


Sponsor may require winners to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and applicable tax documentation before receiving a prize.


If a selected winner:

- cannot be contacted;

- fails to respond within the required timeframe;

- is found ineligible; or

- fails to comply with these Official Rules,


Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.


 7. Taxes


Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize.


Sponsor may issue applicable tax forms where required by law.


 8. Publicity Release


Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.


 9. General Conditions


Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.


Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.


Sponsor is not responsible for:

- lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries;

- technical malfunctions;

- interrupted internet connections;

- unauthorized human intervention; or

- other errors affecting administration of the Promotion.


 10. Limitation of Liability


By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.


11. Privacy


Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at:

 12. Governing Law


The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Any disputes arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
