Race To Daytona Donation Game
Official Rules — Race to Daytona: Mission Relief Rally
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Race to Daytona: Mission Relief Rally (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the National Guard Relief Foundation (“NGRF” or “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, as well as individuals living in the same household of such persons, and any entities involved in the administration, promotion, or execution of the Promotion, may be ineligible where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 30, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 26, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Weekly entry periods are as follows:
- Week 1: May 30 – June 7, 2026
- Week 2: June 8 – June 14, 2026
- Week 3: June 15 – June 21, 2026
- Week 4: June 22 – June 28, 2026
- Week 5: June 29 – July 5, 2026
- Week 6: July 6 – July 12, 2026
- Week 7: July 13 – July 19, 2026
- Week 8: July 20 – July 26, 2026
Sponsor’s computer and administrative records are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Promotion using one of the following methods:
A. Donation Entry
Eligible participants may receive one (1) entry by making a qualifying donation through the official campaign website during the applicable Weekly Entry Period.
Donation participants may also receive access to campaign-related activities, leaderboard tracking, arcade-style features, bonus experiences, and other promotional content as described on the campaign website.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter without making a donation, eligible participants may complete the official online free-entry form available through the campaign website during the applicable Weekly Entry Period.
Free Entry Instructions
Participants who would like a Free Entry must complete the following steps to access their games:
- Visit the Race Dashboard: https://www.ngrelief.org/race-dashboard
- Navigate to the Arcade section.
- Select Play Now.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Free Entry.
- Log in using your account credentials.
Once logged in, you will have access to all available games associated with your Free Entry.
If you experience any issues accessing your account or games, please contact support for assistance.
Alternatively, participants may enter by mail by submitting a handwritten 3" × 5" card containing the following information:
- Full legal name
- Complete mailing address
- Email address
- Daytime telephone number
- Applicable week number being entered (W1–W8)

Mail-in entries must be:
- postmarked by the Friday preceding the applicable weekly drawing; and
- received within five (5) business days following the postmark date.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Weekly Entry Period regardless of method of entry.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise noncompliant with these Official Rules are void.
4. Equal Odds
Individuals who enter through the Free Alternate Method of Entry will receive the same odds of winning as individuals who enter through a donation entry.
Making a donation will not improve or otherwise affect a participant’s chances of winning.
5. Leaderboard and Promotional Activities
The Promotion may include optional leaderboard standings, point-based activities, arcade-style games, bonus missions, or other engagement activities associated with the campaign.
Leaderboard points and participation activities are intended solely for promotional engagement purposes unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.
Random prize drawings are conducted from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period and are not based on leaderboard standing unless specifically disclosed for a particular prize or activity.
Sponsor reserves the right to review, verify, adjust, suspend, or remove points, standings, or participant activity in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, rule violations, or other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
6. Turbo Codes and Promotional Gameplay
Participants may have opportunities to enter promotional “Turbo Codes” within the official arcade platform during the Promotion Period.
Turbo Codes may be distributed through Sponsor social media channels, livestreams, email communications, gameplay activities, promotional content, or other publicly available campaign materials.
No donation, payment, or purchase is required to obtain, access, or redeem a Turbo Code.
Both donation participants and non-donation participants who register for a free arcade account through the official registration process may enter Turbo Codes and participate in eligible promotional gameplay activities.
Sponsor reserves the right to limit, modify, suspend, or invalidate Turbo Codes in cases of fraud, technical issues, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
7. Prizes
Prizes may include weekly promotional prizes, Turbo Boost prizes, leaderboard prizes, event-related experiences, hotel reimbursements, merchandise, gift cards, sponsor-provided items, or other promotional items as described on the official campaign website.
Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”), prize descriptions, prize quantities, and prize limitations will be disclosed on the campaign website or associated promotional materials.
Hotel reimbursement prizes, if offered, are limited to a maximum reimbursement value of two hundred dollars ($200) unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
Prizes may be awarded in the form of reimbursement, direct booking, gift card, merchandise, substitute item, or equivalent benefit as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Potential winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Weekly Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners may be notified by email, telephone, mail, or other contact information provided at entry.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where lawful), IRS Form W-9, and/or other required documentation before receiving a prize.
If a potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- declines a prize; or
- fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.
Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other required tax documentation where required by law.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, hometown, and state for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries;
- technical malfunctions or failures of any kind;
- interrupted or unavailable internet or wireless service;
- unauthorized human intervention;
- incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or
- any other errors affecting administration or operation of the Promotion.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, partners, representatives, successors, and agents from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at:

14. Governing Law and Disputes
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

16. Winner Announcement
Winners may be announced during Sponsor’s Daytona conference event scheduled for July 31 – August 3, 2026, subject to verification and eligibility confirmation.
